[Statement]

The IEICE is a place where students, professors, researchers and engineers in enterprises and institutes, administrators, users, etc. can get together to exchange information, talk about the future, and create it. ICT has become social infrastructure on a global scale. I believe we should continue promoting internationalization as well as deepening collaborations with other sectors that ICT use, making progress with each member’s activities, thus further developing ICT and growing the IEICE. I would like to contribute to the IEICE and its members’ growth based on my experience as a director when the Communications Society reformed into the current committee structure.
