| 抄録（和） | 将来のアクセスネットワーク技術として，NG-PON2（Next-Generation Passive Optical Network 2）の活用が期待されている．NG-PON2に多様なサービスを収容するためには，様々なQoS（Quality of Service）要求を満たせる動的帯域割当（DBA：Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation）や動的波長割当（DWA：Dynamic Wavelength Allocation）に関する研究を進めることが重要である．NG-PON2の開発はまだ初期段階にあるため，シミュレーションにより評価を行うことは非常に有効である．本稿では筆者らが作成したNG-PON2シミュレータについて述べ，これを用いた波長切替およびDBAシミュレーションの結果を示す． |
| 抄録（英） | The next-generation passive optical network 2 (NG-PON2) is regarded as the key technology for future Internet access networks. The bandwidth and power consumption of NG-PON2 must be scalable, flexible, and efficient to satisfy various QoS (Quality of Service) requirements and provide various services. Since work on NG-PON2 is still in its early stages, a simulation of NG-PON2 would be useful and effective in terms of its development and deployment. In this paper we introduce an NG-PON2 simulator and show simulation results of wavelength channel tuning and DBA algorithms using the simulator. |
