| 抄録（和） | コストメリットの高いイーサ技術が、アクセス網ないしはメトロ網の低位レイヤとして注目されており、それらの保守性、信頼性を向上させるために、イーサ網のOAMが検討されている。網の保守を行う場合、保守者はメンテナンス区間の設定を行う必要があるが、本来イーサ技術はコネクションレス技術であるため、網内の各ノードにおいて経路を特定させる必要がある。そこで、イーサOAMの方路制御方法について検討したので報告する。 |
| 抄録（英） | The Ethernet network is widely spread and adopted to the access portion or metro area for the reason of its cost advantage. In order to improve the operationability and the reliability, the OAM mechanism for Ethernet is being studied. \r\nIn general, if the operator wants to maintain the network domain or the data path, the operator needs to configure the range of maintenance, i.e. Maintenance Entity (ME) between the maintenance end points. In this case, OAM flow needs to be configured to run within ME between the maintenance end points. However the Ethernet architecture is connectionless, therefore the forwarding mechanism for OAM flow needs to be studied. This paper reports the result of consideration about the forwarding mechanism for OAM flows. The functionality of OAM and topology of ME are taken into consideration. |
