| 抄録（和） | ATM LANでは,バースト転送時毎に帯域予約をするFRP(Fast Reservation Protocol)方式が採られるのが一般的である.この内,転送前に帯域予約の可否を確認する確認型FRP方式があり,その制御方式の一つに動的帯域予約方式がある.この方式では,転送を希望する端末数で空きリンク容量を等分した帯域量が網側から各端末に通知される.しかし,各端末の要求帯域にばらつきがある場合,この方式ではより大きな帯域を要求する端末ほど転送がしづらくなるという問題があった.そこで本論文では,各端末の要求帯域に対して重み付けを行い,より適切なリンク容量を通知する重み付き動的帯域予約方式を提案する.最後に,シミュレーション実験を行い,本方式の評価を律う. |
| 抄録（英） | Dynamic bandwidth reservation method is the one of the FRP/DT (Fast Reservation Protocol with Delayed Transmission) methods for ATM LAN. In this method, terminals reserve bandwidth to transmit burst data when they send, and then the network notifies the reserved bandwidth which is the average of free link capacity by the number of the requiring terminals. When the difference of the required bandwidth from each terminal is too large, however, larger bandwidth requirement gives longer waiting delay to transmit. To improve this problem, this paper proposes weighted dynamic bandwidth reservation method, where the network notifies more proper bandwidth to each terminal by weighting for the bandwidth requirement. Finally we perform simulation experiment to evaluate our proposal. |
