QIT Student Presentation Award Rules

Technical Committee on Quantum Information Technology

The QIT Student Presentation Award is governed by the following rules.

  1. The award recognizes excellent student presentations, including oral and poster presentations, at QIT symposia.
  2. The award is named the Student Presentation Award.
  3. The Technical Committee on Quantum Information Technology establishes a Student Presentation Award Selection Committee to select awardees.
  4. The Selection Committee consists of the chair, secretary, and treasurer of the Technical Committee on Quantum Information Technology.
  5. Presentations given at QIT symposia are eligible for review, and the number of awardees is approximately 20% of eligible presentations. Previous recipients of the QIT Student Presentation Award are not eligible.
  6. Awardees receive a certificate.
  7. Other operational matters are governed separately by the QIT Student Presentation Award operating rules.
