QIT Student Presentation Award Rules

Technical Committee on Quantum Information Technology

The QIT Student Presentation Award is governed by the following rules.
- The award recognizes excellent student presentations, including oral and poster presentations, at QIT symposia.
- The award is named the Student Presentation Award.
- The Technical Committee on Quantum Information Technology establishes a Student Presentation Award Selection Committee to select awardees.
- The Selection Committee consists of the chair, secretary, and treasurer of the Technical Committee on Quantum Information Technology.
- Presentations given at QIT symposia are eligible for review, and the number of awardees is approximately 20% of eligible presentations. Previous recipients of the QIT Student Presentation Award are not eligible.
- Awardees receive a certificate.
- Other operational matters are governed separately by the QIT Student Presentation Award operating rules.
Supplementary Provisions
- Revisions to these rules require approval by the Technical Committee on Quantum Information Technology.
- These rules are published on the QIT website.
