Scope of the Symposium: This symposium is on quantum information science,
which is a new interdisciplinary area of information science and quantum
mechanics.
Presentations can be given in English as well as in Japanese.
Information
Expected number of participants: 150
Early registration fee (banquet excluded and proceedings included): 4,000
yen (Student: 3,000 yen)
Banquet fee: 4,000 yen (Student: 2,000 yen)
- Payment should be made by bank transfer by May 11th (Fri.), 2018.
- In case of on-site cash payment:
- Registration fee (proceedings included, banquet excluded): 5,000 yen
(Student: 4,000 yen)
- Special on-site registration price for students (both proceedings and
banquet excluded): Free

- Your laptop can be connected to the projector through the VGA (D-Sub15) or HDMI type connectors.( For Mac users: The adapter from Mac to the VGA will be prepared for the convenience of the participants. However, we recommend that you bring your own adapter to avoid unexpected difficulties.)
- We would applicate it if you would check the connection before starting your session. Please ask the staff if you have any questions.
- Information for poster presentation
- The meeting place for the poster session is the Conference Management Room Number 1 on the B1 level. Please put your poster on the panel labled with your presentation number.
- The time period for putting up your poster is from 10:40 (just after Session1) until the start of the poster session.
- After the end of the poster session, please remove your poster quickly. The meeting place for the poster session will be closed at 17:00. If your poster is left till 17:00, we will remove it without your permission.
- You can use one side of the 90cmx180cm panel to put up your poster. Pins and/or tape will be available at the meeting place.
