For Authors
For Participants
- Venue Information
- There is no space to park bicycles/motorcycles/cars.
- Please come to the 5th floor. Registration desk is scheduled to be open from 9:00. There is an elevator to the 5th floor; you can use the
elevator from 8:00 on the first day (8:30 on the second day). Note that the only way to the hall is the elevator. It is probably easy to find the elevator; we put the notice at the entrance. If not, please
ask someone how to get to “Suzaku Hall 朱雀ホール” on the 5h floor.
- Please enter the lecture hall from the entrance on the 5th floor (not the 4th floor) during the session.
- Food/Drink is not allowed in the lecture hall.
- You can use (only) eduroam for internet access. Please see “2-2.Connecting to eduroam at Ritsumeikan University” at the
following URL: http://www.ritsumei.ac.jp/acd/mr/i-system/rainbow/service/eduroam_e.html.
- Poster session will be held at the lobby on the 4th floor.
- For lunch, etc. information, please ask the stuff at the registration desk (on 5th floor) if you cannot understand the distributed information in Japanese.
- We have only a venue map in Japanese, but we hope it may be also useful for you; please see the PDF file.
- Information on Banquet
- Date: May 29th (Mon.) evening
