Instructions for Oral Presentations

Oral presentations

• A projector is prepared in the main room.

• Please bring your laptop (with D-sub 15pin).

• We recommend that you also bring your file(s) in a USB memory as a back-up, just in case.

• Please connect your laptop to the projector and make sure everything works well.

• A selector to connect multiple laptops to the projector will also be available. If possible, please connect your laptop to it during the break time before the session in which you are speaking.

• If you wish to use an overhead projector, please contact the organizers in advance.
