Instructions for Oral Presentation
- The time allotted for oral contributed presentations is 20-minutes
(15-minutes for presentation and 5-minutes for a discussion period).
Oral invited and tutorial presentations are allotted 40-minutes
(35-minutes for presentation and 5-minutes for discussion period).
- To ensure that the program runs smoothly, all speakers are requested
to inform organizers (****@*****.jp) how they
give their presentations (with LCD projector and your PC/others)
before May 11.
- Speakers who use LCD projection are strongly recommended to bring their
own computer and to check if it works properly before the session starts.
- Projected material should be prepared with large letters for easy reading.
Instructions for Poster Presentation
- The poster session will be held on Monday, May 24 from 16:00 to 18:00.
- Each author is provided with two boards (85cm wide x 175cm high)
on which to display the summary and results of one's paper.
Scotch tape will be available for set-up.
- Authors should set up their posters until 13:00 on May 24,
and must remove them until 15:00 on May 25.
Posters remaining on boards will be discarded.
