As of October 1, 2007, we will implement a new submission procedure that will be more convenient for submitters.
When you submit your manuscript, please include an editable data file together with the PDF file for referees’use.
This will enable us to expedite editing of accepted papers and therefore reduce the time of the submission-to-publication cycle.
As a result, you are no longer required to submit an editable data file after your paper has been accepted; moreover, your page charges will be calculated from the editable data file you provide during the initial submission process.
Please take note of this change when making your submission.
