I obtained many valuable things from participating IEICE activities. IEICE keeps providing these values, but due to the change of social environment, I think the poisoning of IEICE has been changed. Adopting the scheme that fits to the present needs, IEICE can increase its value proposition to the industry revitalization, in education of student engineers, and can create a variety of opportunities that young engineers can participate and expand their human network and experiences.
　In IEICE, I worked as a Director, International coordination and conference, Director, Finance, Vice President, and President. These gave me the opportunities to recognized IEICE both of its strength and problems. At present, among the many, the decrease of membership especially in industrial sector, and the globalization are major problem to be solved. If I was elected, I will contribute to solve these problems in the aspect of publishing activities.
