(Originally at Tokyo University of Science, Japan) This is the flagship international conference covering all the technical fields by the IEICE Communications Society. The objectives of the conference are synergistic effects beyond the technical fields, expansion of research areas, and development of young researchers. This conference is a place for discussions; therefore, not only recent research results but also preliminary results at the initial stage on research are welcomed. Authors can select oral or poster presentation at paper submission. Accepted papers will be published as open access on the IEICE Proceedings Series. ICETC 2021 Committee will also present best paper awards, best poster presentation awards, and student presentation awards. Papers describing original results in all aspects of emerging technologies for communications are invited.
