The 7th International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Communications (ICETC 2026) 
November 23rd - 25th, 2026

The 7th International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Communications (ICETC 2026) will be held at NTUH International Convention Center, Taipei, Taiwan, November 23th - 25th, 2026, in collaboration with IEEE Taipei section. This is the flagship international conference covering all the technical fields by The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) Communications Society. The objectives of the conference are synergistic effects 
beyond the technical fields, expansion of research areas and development of　young researchers. 
This international conference is a place for discussions; therefore, not only recent research results but also preliminary results at initial stage on a research are welcomed. Authors can select oral or poster presentation at paper submission. ICETC2026 Committee will also present best paper awards, best poster awards and best student awards.

Papers describing original results in all aspects of emerging technologies for communications are invited. Topics include, but are not limited to:

Technical sessions and poster sessions will be held in-person style. Notice that every speaker is required to make his/her presentation in the venue.

[Author's Schedule]
  Submission deadline:          June 15th, 2026 (extended)
  Notification of acceptance:     August 30th, 2026
  Camera-ready version due:     September 30th, 2026

[Paper Submission]
Corresponding authors of accepted papers will be requested to submit a 4-page (for oral) or a 1-page (for poster) final paper for the conference proceedings. Accepted papers (oral) are planned to be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. Accepted papers (oral, poster) will be included in IEICE proceeding series. 

[Awards]
ICETC2026 Committee will also present best paper awards, best poster awards, and best student awards. The award candidate should be the first author and presenter of the paper or the poster. 
The selections of the awards are based on the quality, originality, and clarity of the paper/poster. Note that the best student awards for oral papers will be announced simultaneously with the acceptance notification, and a secondary prize of 75,000 yen (close to travel expenses) will be presented.
