The 2023 International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Communications
(ICETC2023) will be held at Kaderu 2.7, Sapporo, Japan (in-person conference), November 29th - December 1st, 2023.  This is the flagship international conference covering all the technical fields by IEICE Communications Society.
The objectives of the conference are synergistic effects beyond the technical fields, expansion of research areas and development of young researchers.
This international conference is a place for discussions; therefore, not only recent research results but also preliminary results at initial stage on a research are welcomed. Authors can select oral or poster presentation at paper submission.  ICETC2023 Committee will also present best paper awards, best poster presentation awards and student presentation awards.
 
Technical sessions and poster sessions will be held in-person style.
Notice that every speaker is required to make his/her presentation in the venue.
 
 
Papers describing original results in all aspects of emerging technologies for communications are invited.

Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Corresponding authors of accepted papers will be requested to submit a 4-page (for oral) or a 1-page (for poster) final paper for the conference proceedings.

[Awards]
ICETC2023 Committee will also present best paper awards, best poster awards and student presentation awards.  The award candidate should be the first author and presenter of the paper or the poster.  
The selections of the awards are based on the quality, originality, and clarity of the paper.
