[IEICE-CS eNews<2021-06>]ComEX Special Cluster from ICETC2020 (Second deadline: Feb. 16th, 2021)

We announce the special cluster of ComEx entitled ``Special Cluster on Advanced
Communication Technologies in Conjunction with Main Topics of ICETC2020".
The paper submission is not limited  to the authors of ICETC2020.
We look forward to receiving LETTER from you.

When submitting the extended version of ICETC2020 conference paper, note that 
it needs to have value relative to the conference paper.
The citation of the conference paper is also needed.

   The maximum number of words is 1500
   The maximum number of items (Figures, Tables, and Algorithms) is 3
   Note that refereed materials such as proceedings of international
   conferences should be cited in submitted material as the footnotes
   or references.

- Overview
  The 2020 International Conference on Emerging Technologies for 
  Communications(ICETC2020) was held, December 2nd-4th, 2020.
  This is the first international conference on all the technical 
  fields covered by IEICE Communication Society.
  The objectives of the conference are synergistic effects beyond 
  the technical fields, expansion of research areas and development 
  of young researchers. This international conference is a place 
  for discussions; therefore, not only recent research results but 
  also preliminary results at initial stage on a research are welcomed.
  This special cluster strongly encourages the presenters and co-authors 
  at ICETC2020 to submit the extended version of their conference papers.
  However, authors of submissions are not limited to those of ICETC2020 
  papers. The paper submission is not limited to the authors of ICETC2020.


- Submission
  It is allowed that authors submit a revised version of the letter, 
  which is rejected in the first submission period, 
  in the second submission  period. All the accepted papers will appear 
  on the IEICE ComEX web site immediately as pre-print version of the 
  manuscripts posterior to the notification of acceptance. 
  The publication date of the special cluster is fixed at August 1st, 2021.
