If you want to nominate a 2016 IEICE Fellow candidate and if you
have been a member of IEICE for ten years or more, please read
the followings.  Deadline for 2016 Fellow Candidate recommendation
is June 30th 2016.

As an optional service, prior to Fellow Candidate recommendation,
qualifications for Nominator and References of Fellow Candidate
will be confirmed if you send full names and IEICE IDs to
cs-asaka@mail.ieice.org by June 20th, 2016.
