[IEICE-CS eNews<2014-30>] [Reminder] Call for Nomination for the 2014 Best Paper Awards of IEICE (Deadline: November 1)

   Nomination guidelines for the 2014 Best Paper Awards of IEICE
    (Communications Society)

The Communications Society calls for nomination for Best Paper Award
candidates of IEICE in 2014. Active nomination is highly encouraged.

Please note the following items when you nominate a paper.  

1. The candidate papers must be selected from the IEICE Transactions on 
Communications published between October 2013 and September 2014. 
Note that Invited Papers and IEICE Communications Express (ComEX) 
Letters shall be the candidates only for the Best Tutorial Paper Award 
and the ComEX Best Letter Award, respectively, of the IEICE 
Communications Society. 

2. Any regular member of the IEICE Communications Society can nominate
one paper for the award candidates either via the prescribed nomination
form or via the Web page of the IEICE Communications Society.

3. The nomination deadline is November 1, 2014.
