[IEICE-CS eNews<2014-24>] Invitation to Submit Articles to IEICE Communications Express (ComEX)

Dear Members of IEICE Communications Society,

We invite you to submit original technical letters to IEICE
Communications Express (ComEX), which is an online letter journal
published by IEICE Communications Society.

ComEX covers the entire field of communications such as fundamental
theory, optical communications, network, wireless communications, and
multimedia systems.

The features of ComEX are:
- Articles are DOI (digital object identifier) attached.
- Articles with multimedia files such as movie files can be published.
- Review results are notified in a short period of time (a median of 19 days as of Sep. 2014).
- Articles are freely available from the journal web site.

As part of our effort to support IEICE Overseas Members residing in
Asia (except Republic of Korea, Taiwan, China, and Singapore), Africa,
Central America, and South America, the Overseas Membership
Development Program (OMDP) provides a 60% or 80% discount on page
charges at the request of a first author who meets the requirements of
the OMDP.
