    Nomination guidelines for the 2012 Best Paper Awards of IEICE
    (Communications Society)

The Communications Society calls for nomination for Best Paper Award
candidates of IEICE in 2012. The nominated papers are also registered as
candidates of the Communications Society Best Paper Awards. Active
nomination is highly encouraged.

Please note the following items when you nominate a paper.

1. Each regular member is eligible to nominate one best paper published
in IEICE Transactions of the Communications Society, from October 2011
to September 2012.

2. Nomination is accepted on-line through the homepage of Communications
Society(http://www.ieice.org/ronbunsuisen/b/).

3. The nomination deadline is November 1, 2012.

4. If you wish to refer to the rules of The Best Paper Award, please
