The committee of the CROWNCOM 2011 has decided to organize the conference regardless. We believe this decision would be a part of support for the reconstruction. We have also decided to change the conference location from Yokohama to Osaka since it remains possible that the planned power outage will continue until June in Yokohama. Osaka is 750km apart from Fukushima nuclear power plant, so that there is no effect of the damage of disaster and everything is operating as usual. In fact, Yokohama area and Narita airport are also safe.
