"Information and Communication Technologies in Japan" Forum, Sep. 22, 2006,
Tokyo, Japan.

 The purpose of the Forum is to give the Forum participants general overview on 
the current status of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in 
Japan, including standardization activities and Japanese contribution to the 
various standardization efforts in the ITU-T (Telecommunication Standardization
Sector of the International Telecommunication Union).  The speakers comprise 
representatives from government, industry and academia, and will give you an 
overall picture of the Japanese ICT scene.
