The 17th Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications (APCC2011) will be 
held in the City of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, East of Malaysia. Since 1993, 
APCC has been the forum for researchers and engineers to present and 
discuss topics related to advanced information and communication 
technologies and services, while at the same time, opening the door to 
the world of industry and users.
