Any potential author must submit double spaced five copies of his/her 200 word paper abstract in English, by mail to the Chair of Technical Program Committee,

according to the following manuscript due dates:
Abstract due date : 25 November 1996
Acceptance notice with the author's kit : around 20 December 1996
Camera ready due : 25 January 1997

Each paper should describe the expected technical area of interest, the corresponding author's full name, complete postal and e-mail return addresses, telephone and telefax numbers on the first page. Potential papers will be examined by the Technical Program Committee, selected and arranged into the most relevant Sessions. Final manuscripts including the title and paper description should not exceed five pages of A4 format in English marked with a header of title and authors' names. It will not be possible to include delayed papers in the Conference Proceedings after the due date. In this event, speakers will need to bring sufficient copies to distribute at the conference venue.
