Correction to: Paper “A Collaborative DDoS Mitigation Solution Based on Ethereum Smart Contract and RNN-LSTM,” in The Proceedings of The 20th Asia-Pacific Network Operations and Management Symposium.

The paper [1] has fully plagiarized the paper [2]. When the authors wrote the paper to the APNOMS2019 including paper [1] as a reference [7], they were unaware of this plagiarism issue. Therefore the authors of the paper aim to give full credit to the original authors [2].
