In this conference, more than 250 presentations are scheduled for the conference,
including many papers from a wide range of research fields related to 
communication technology. The registration fee is very reasonable as it is 
completely online. In particular, students can participate in the conference 
free of charge, so they only need to register in advance to attend via

This is the first international conference on all the technical fields covered 
by Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) 
Communication Society. The objectives of the conference are synergistic effects
beyond the technical fields, expansion of research areas and development of 
young researchers. This international conference is a place for discussions;
therefore, not only recent research results but also preliminary results at 
initial stage on a research will be presented.
