This event, now traditionally held every year, is organized by IPSA Institute from Sarajevo and IEICE Europe Section, while IEICE Communications Society and IEICE itself will technically cosponsor the forum. STF2012 is direct effort of IEICE Europe Section toward establishment of its stronger initiatives in Europe and help developing countries by gathering researchers, industry professionals and academics dedicated to innovation across the broad field of communication technologies. This it is a very good opportunity for you to join our initiative and while presenting your research results support us directly as well as establish relationships with other researchers in Europe. You are invited to submit papers in different areas of communications, networks and applications, where the high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in Special Issue of IEICE Trans. on Communications (application pending).
