IEICE Communications Society's English-language journals, namely IEICE Transactions on Communications (EB) and IEICE Communications Express (ComEX), will soon be accessible via IEEE Xplore.
EB will be an open access journal.
We are currently finalizing the transition process. We will announce the details through the IEICE Editorial Board homepage (this site), so please check back regularly for updates.
There will be no change in the publication on IEICE Transactions online, and EB and ComEX will remain available on IEICE Transactions online. In response to a suggestion by President Kawazoe, we asked IEEE, and it was decided to continue publishing the papers on J-STAGE as well.

通信ソサイエティの英文論文誌，IEICE Transactions on Communications (EB) および IEICE Communications Express (ComEX)，が IEEE Xplore に掲載されます．
EB についてはオープンアクセスでの公開になります．

IEICE Transactions online での公開については変更はありません．
J-STAGE でも継続して公開できるようになりました．
会誌1月号のCSソサイエティのページでのアナウンスでは J-STAGE から IEEE Xplore へ移行する、と記載しています。 1月号執筆時では、その方向で IEEE と交渉を進めていましたが、川添会長のご提案をうけ IEEE へ打診したところ，J-STAGEでも公開できるようになりました。
