\nCommunications (ICETC 2023) November 29th – December 1st, 2023

The 2023 International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Communications
\n(ICETC2023) will be held at Kaderu 2\u30fb7, Sapporo, Japan (in-person
\nconfernce), November 29th – December 1st, 2023. This is the flagship
\ninternational conference covering all the technical fields by IEICE
\nCommunications Society.
\nThe objectives of the conference are synergistic effects beyond the
\ntechnical fields, expansion of research areas and development of young
\nresearchers.
\nThis international conference is a place for discussions; therefore,
\nnot only recent research results but also preliminary results at
\ninitial stage on a research are welcomed. Authors can select oral or
\nposter presentation at paper submission. ICETC2023 Committee will
\nalso present best paper awards, best poster presentation awards and
\nstudent presentation awards.<\/p>\n

Technical sessions and poster sessions will be held in-person style.
\nNotice that every speaker is required to make his\/her presentation in the venue.<\/p>\n
