The 21st IEEE VTS Asia Pacific Wireless Communications Symposium
\n(APWCS 2025) will be held at Kogakuin University Shinjuku Campus,
\nlocated in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan, from 20 to 22 August 2025. The IEEE
\nVehicular Technology Society (VTS) Tokyo\/Japan Chapter, Singapore
\nChapter, Seoul Chapter, and Taipei Chapter are cooperatively hosting
\nthis symposium every year. This symposium aims at providing the
\nplatform for researchers from the Asia Pacific area to share the fresh
\nresults and potential topics, call for comments or collaborations and
\nexchange innovative ideas of the leading edge research in
\nwireless\/mobile and network technologies. The technical program will
\ninclude invited talks and special sessions, as well as contributed
\npapers presented in oral presentation format. The conference
\nproceedings will be published on IEEE Xplore.<\/p>\n
