\nspecial issues on Emerging Communication Technologies in Conjunction
\nwith Main Topics of IEICE ICETC 2024 in February 2026 and August 2025,
\nrespectively.<\/p>\n

The 5th IEICE-CS International Conference on Emerging Technologies for
\nCommunications (IEICE ICETC 2024) has been held in Kitakyushu, JAPAN
\nfrom November 25th to 27th, 2024. These special issues strongly
\nencourage the presenters and co-authors at IEICE ICETC 2024 to submit
\nyour papers to promote the publication of extended version of your
\npapers. The paper submission is not limited to the authors of IEICE
\nICETC 2024.<\/p>\n
