［抱負］

IoT、ビッグデータ、AI等の急激な技術革新により、私たちの生活は大きく変化しています。本会が担っている情報通信技術は、医療、介護、教育、環境、都市など多様な分野への適用にとどまらず、それらが複合した複雑な社会課題の解決を通して、人間中心社会の実現に貢献することが求められています。アカデミックな破壊的技術の創出、多様な産業界の知見、消費者としての視点、それぞれの学会員がそれぞれの役割をもって本会に集結し、自由で創造的な活動を通して、引き続き社会に対し価値を提供し続けていかなければならないと感じております。このたび、光栄にも企画理事候補者に御推薦いただきましたので、先輩方が築き上げてきた100年の伝統を大切にしつつ、技術の進展と社会生活の変化に柔軟に対応していくための変革をバランスよく実施することで、まことに微力ではございますが本学会の運営に貢献できれば幸いです。

［プロフィール］

平成3年、東京大学工学部卒。平成5年、同大学院修士課程修了。平成5年日本電信電話株式会社に入社。高度インテリジェントネットワーク、NGN、クラウドコンピューティング、IoT基盤の研究開発に従事。現在、同社ソフトウェアイノベーションセンタプロジェクトマネージャー。

［Statement］

Rapid technology innovation including IoT, Bigdata and AI drastically changes our social life. The information and communication technologies that IEICE have played key role in are not limited to applications in various fields such as medical care, nursing care, education, environment and city, but also expected to solve complex social issues across these various fields and to realize a human-centric society. I believe that IEICE members should come together with their respective roles such as creating academic and destructive technology, sharing various knowledge of industries and offering perspectives as consumers, and continue to provide values to society through their free and creative activities. I am honored to have been recommended as a candidate for Director, Conferences, Study Activities and Education. I would like to make innovations in IEICE by adjusting flexibly to both technology progress and social life change, while respecting the 100 years’ tradition that our seniors have built up so far. It would be my pleasure if I could contribute to the operation of IEICE.

［Biography］

He received B.E. and M.E. from University of Tokyo, 1991 and 1993 respectively. He then joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, and was engaged in several areas including R&D of Intelligent Networks, Next Generation Networks, Cloud Computing and IoT. Now he is an Executive Research Engineer, Project Manager of NTT Software Innovation Center.
