Registration

Participation is open to everyone interested in telecommunication technologies.
Registration site is now available at [Amarys] (https://amarys-jtb.jp/WTC2012).

According to the Conference Registration Policy, at least one author of an accepted paper must register at a regular rate (FULL or LIMITED) for its presentation (student registration is not applicable).
Each paper requires registration of different authors.

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the WTC 2012 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the regular rate and the paper must be presented at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. An author’s registration is valid for one paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the WTC 2012 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.

In addition you can see your registration information on your page at the registration site (Amarys), once you have completed the registration. Please print your registration information and bring it to WTC 2012’s registration desk for prompt handling.

Payment
Payment for registration must be made in JPY.
Proceedings
All accepted papers will be published in the electronic proceedings and will be provided to the conference delegates.
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided by February 15, 2012.
No refunds will be provided after this date.
Please note: author registrations are non-refundable.
There will be a JPY 10,000 administrative fee deducted from each refund.
