WORKSHOP
THEME
The objective
of this workshop is to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration in the field
of speech and hearing researches, highlighting new trends in theoretical and
experimental aspects of speech perception and production. Sessions in one day
workshop focus on issues around$B!!(B the
following topics by invited speakers and contributed poster
presenters:
- analysis and
modeling of auditory system,
- cognitive,
linguistic and phonological processing,
- speech motor
control mechanism,
- speech
pathology,
- speech
signal processing,
- vocal fold
and vocal tract acoustics,
and
so on.
CALL FOR PAPERS
FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Individuals
interested in giving an poster presentation should electronically submit a
200-word abstract no later than Jan 15, 2006. The abstracts will be reviewed
and a decision provided by Jan 20, 2006. A six-page, camera-ready paper is due
by Feb 25, 2006. Papers will be published as part of the IEICE's monthly
technical report.
