   The 9th International Conference on Space, Aeronautical and Navigational Electronics 2013 (ICSANE 2013) will provide
an opportunity for system engineers and researchers to discuss new and viable technical topics of electronics system in spacecraft,
aircraft, ships and ground facilities.

   Prospective authors are cordially requested to submit an abstract through the Submission System of technical group on
SANE with the title of the paper, the author’s name(s), affiliation, and contact information. The contact information should
include postal address, telephone/ facsimile numbers and e-mail address.

  Important dates

   Abstracts due : September 27, 2013   October 13, 2013

   Notification of acceptance : October 15, 2013   October 20, 2013

   Camera-ready papers due : November 5, 2013   November 11, 2013

Announcement for Speakers :

For Oral Presenters :

General and Invited Talk: Each speech will have 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.

Participation:
It is possible to participate as a presenter or an audience.
Please preragistrate within notification of acceptance simultaneously.
Participants are kindly advised to come to the on-site registration desk directly before entering the conference room.


Registration Fee: FREE !
Participants of ICSANE2013 on Dec,3 are kindly requested to register to APRSAF-20.
Registration of APRSAF-20 is free of charge and the deadline for online registration is Thursday, October 31, 2013.
It is recommended to also attend the second working group meeting on Dec. 4(Wed.)
in order to complete 2 days working group meetings of APRSAF-20.

  Young Scientist Award :

Young Scientist Award (YSA) will be awarded in ICSANE 2013 to several distinguished young scientists/engineers who
(1) must be “under 35 years of age on December 2nd 2013 ” (namely, was born after December 3rd 1977);
(2) should have a paper, of which she/he is the principal author, submitted and accepted for presentation at a technical session of the Conference.

A number of YSA winners will be selected based on the evaluation of both the submitted full papers at the technical sessions at the Conference,
and be awarded at the Closing ceremony at December 3rd 2013.

Also, the applicants must provide copies of their valid formal documents to show the date of birth
at the conference registration desk (passport, driver’s license, etc. passports are preferable),
and are expected to participate fully in the scientific activities of the Conference.
