Important notice to participants
- Papers will be accepted without review as for regular IEICE meetings. However, if the number of submitted papers exceeds the conference capacity, the conference committee will proceed to a selection based primarily on the novelty of the results presented.
Although it is described in the CFP that
the papers will be published in the 2006 May issue
of the IEICE Technical report on Information Theory,
as well as in the conference proceedings, it has been
decided to publish the paper only in the IEICE Technical
We hope this will not cause any problem to you.
- We do not coordinate accomodations.
- As for any IEICE meeting, no registration fee is required for member
participation in HISC.
