The price of a volume of the proceeings of HISC is $30. It can be purchased at the reception desk. (All speakers and session charirs can obtain a volume without charge.)

Recent news

Important notice to participants

  1. Papers will be accepted without review as for regular IEICE meetings. However, if the number of submitted papers exceeds the conference capacity, the conference committee will proceed to a selection based primarily on the novelty of the results presented.
  2. The papers will be published in the 2005 May issue of the IEICE Technical report on Information Theory, as well as in the conference proceedings. The copyrights of all articles in the HISC proceedings will be automatically transferred to the IEICE.
  3. We do not coordinate accomodations, but suggest that participants stay either at Lincoln Hall near the conference site, or in a hotel in Waikiki.
