JWIS 2007

The 2nd Joint Workshop on Information Security (JWIS 2007) will be held in Tokyo, Japan on August 6-7, 2007. The focus of this workshop is on the technical and practical aspects of the security applications. The workshop will serve as a forum to present new results from the academic research community as well as from the industry. Original papers are solicited for submission to JWIS 2007. In addition, several distinguished security experts will be invited to give technical talks. It is jointly hosted by the Information and Communication System Security (ICSS) of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), Japan and the Korea Institute of Information Security and Cryptology (KIISC), Korea. The workshop supported by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA), the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan and the Korea Information Security Agency (KISA), the Electronics & Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), the Institute for Information Technology Advancement (IITA), the Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) in Korea.
