Visa Information

Foreign participants entering Japan must hold valid passport and Japan visa.

"Invitation Letter to APNOMS 2016” will be issued to:
- keynote speakers, presenters, panelists, and organizing committee members
- conference participant who has paid their registration fee

If you need an invitation letter to apply for visa,
please send the following information to APNOMS2016 TPC Co-chair
(Prof. Takumi Miyoshi, miyoshi at shibaura-it.ac.jp)

Please keep in mind that visa arrangements are the responsibility of attendees and may take more than one month.
