*Each registration per person includes the registration fee of IEICE Conference held at the same site.

[1] You have a chance to choose a technical visit course when you fill in the registration form of the Conference on the website. Your technical visit enrollment after conference registration is acceptable if there is a course ticket available.

[2] Maximum capacity of each course is 30 and you are being booked in on the first-come-first-served basis.

[3] Each registrant of technical visit should DO RECONFIRM when he/she will check in at the onsite registration desk. When you miss the reconfirmation, enrollment of technical visits might be cancelled.

Hotel Information

• Cancellations received by 16 August, 2001 - Cancellation fee JPY \10,000 JPY
• Cancellations received after 17 August, 2001 - The whole registration fee will be charged.
