2005年九州大学大学院システム情報科学府情報工学専攻修了。同年、三菱電機株式会社に入社。情報技術総合研究所にて、合成開口レーダの画像再生処理及び干渉技術の研究開発に従事。鎌倉製作所にて衛星地上システムを開発。2020年より開発本部 開発業務部にて研究開発予算の管理を担当。
Noboru Oishi received a master’s degree from graduate school of information science and electrical engineering, Kyushu University and joined Mitsubishi Electric corporation in 2005. He researched synthetic aperture radar (SAR) in Information Technology R&D center and developed satellite ground systems in Kamakura works. He has been in charge of a budget of the corporate R&D group since 2020.
