| (in English) | In this paper, we propose a speech enhance method using Non-Local Means. In the proposed method, we focus on Non-Local Means that is an image reconstruction algorithm using weighted average of similarity with neighboring blocks. Relying on the fact that periodic shift signals have high similarity in the voice signal, speech enhance is set out by applying Non-Local Means. Experimental results show that the proposed method effectively works in both non-white and non-stationary noise environments. | |
