| (in English) | We have been developing the registration between the pathological image and ultrasonic image by a scanning acoustic microscope. Because it is assumed that many pathological specimens will be acquired, the ultrasonic measurement area should be specified from the pathological image. However, manual operations are troublesome and inefficient. In this paper, we propose an automatic method to extract the ultrasonic measurement area from pathological image. From comparison with manually performed results, the processing time was shortened and the variation of the extraction result was improved. | |
