Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) High-speed and large-capacity mobile communication services are expected in 5th generation mobile communication. For efficient use of frequency spectrum, a circuit that can flexibly switch multiple bands is necessary. Two-stage three-bit reconfigurable bandpass filter (BPF), which can change eight radio frequencies, has been proposed as such a circuit. However, RF switches used for the frequency switching have not been studied in detail. In this paper, we focus on the RF switches employed in the branch-line switched reconfigurable BPF, and analyze the influence of their parasitic elements on the characteristic of BPF.
