A microgrid is expected for expanding introduction of renewable energy and improving the power quality. Main components of a microgrid are distributed energy resources. Depending on the large scale power supply,a conventional electric power system has internal risk, like a massive black out. Also from the view of the global environmental problem, a microgrid is attracting a lot of attention. As a transient analysis method of gas-engine generators in a microgrid, use of reachable sets can be considered. A reachable set has been applied to a study on electric power system and air traffic management. We discuss a behavior of gas-engine generators under disturbance in micragrid as a nonautonomous system. |
