A Simple Design of 2.45GHz Class-F Time-Reversal Rectifier Using Linear Theory

(in English) In this paper, a theoretical design of class-F time-reversal rectifier is proposed. By considering phase and amplitude of the gate-source voltage, a theoretical formula of the gate side impedance is derived. In microwave circuit simulation, class-F time-reversal rectifier was designed and compared with a theoretical value. As a result, it could be confirmed that RF-DC efficiency is improved by adjusting the phase and amplitude of gate-source voltage with the gate side impedance.
