Evaluation of 1090 MHz Signal Environment by Multilateration System

(in English) This paper is concerned with the evaluation of signal amount and signal occupancy rate of 1090MHz on an airport surface in order to predict usable signal amount and to evaluate multipath environment. In this study, multilateration system which is a surveillance system on the airport surface, is used. Signal amount and occupancy rate are estimated by some receivers deployed at airport. The method of signal evaluation in the multipath environment is discussed.
