16 Branch MIMO Base Station Antenna using 4 Polarization and 4 Angular

(in English) In this paper, author proposes cellular base stations antenna realizing 16 branch MIMO. As the number of branches increases, the base station antenna system increases in size, but this proposed antenna achieves the smallest size, and can be expected especially in the low frequency band of under 6 GHz which is highly effective. This proposed antenna is composed of four polarizations of four orthogonal pattern and two sets of orthogonal polarization, and between polarization where the orthogonality is insufficient is improved by the neutralization technique. In addition, assuming incident waves to this proposed antenna and estimating the MIMO correlation coefficient, it was able to achieve almost 0.6 or less.
