| (in English) | In epidemic wireless communication, information is spread by direct wireless communication between mobile nodes and movement of mobile nodes, and is finally delivered to a destination. For preventing problems of epidemic wireless communication such as an increase of network traffic for useless transmissions, information floating (IF) has been considered. IF suppresses useless transmissions keeping high performance of information delivery in a specific region by restricting mobile nodes to transmit information only in the transmittable area. In this report, we consider IF for delivery of accident warnings or advertisements from a fixed source (an accident site or a shop). We also consider a situation where mobile nodes receiving information change direction after receiving the information to avoid the accident site or to visit the shop. We consider a performance evaluation of IF in such a situation and introduce some analysis methods and results of the performance evaluation. | |
