(in English) To provide a new flexible and variable phase-shifter for 12GHz band, which have the possibility of low loss, light, flexible and low voltage driving. And that can be produced by printing method in harmonized with the environmental. In
this report, as the first stage, we report the design of hybrid coupler for a new flexible and variable phase-shifter.
