| 抄録 | （和） | 従来，介助動作の良し悪しは「介助者の視点」から論じられることがほとんどで，「被介助者の視点」から検討されることが少なかった．本研究の目的は，被介助者が感じる介助の善し悪しの要素を分析し，「介助される者にとって良い介助」を提供するための示唆を得ることである．この目的のため，本研究では被介助者にインタビューを行い，良い介助をもたらす要因について検討した．インタビューの対象は，日常的に複数人からの介助を受けて生活している，筋ジストロフィーの40歳代女性1名であった．対象者に，「自身が感じる良い介助」について半構成的インタビューを実施し，内容を意味ごとに分け，カテゴリ化した．その結果，被介助者が感じる良い介助の要素として，「介助者の動作や身体能力」に加え，「被介助者をものではなく人として捉えること」，「介助者と被介助者の一体感を意識すること」，「介助動作に伴う身体感覚に注意を向けること」が抽出された．この結果は，介助者の動作の良さという運動能力だけでなく，被介助者の捉え方や感じ方を想像し，それを動作に反映させる能力が，介助動作の質に影響する可能性を示唆している． |
| （英） | In the field of assistance activities, much attention has been focused on the motion of care-givers. In contrast, little attention has been given to how care-receivers feel and think during receiving assistance. This study aimed to analyze the factors of good assistance from the viewpoint of care-receiver, and to get suggestions for proficient assistance. The participant was a 40-year old female subject diagnosed as progressive muscular dystrophy. She received 24 hours home care services by multiple care-givers. We conducted a semi-structured interview with her, and categorized what she talked in the interview. As a result, the factors of good assistance evaluated by care-receiver were but only care-giver’s physical capability but also the attitudes that a care-giver treats care-receiver not as an object but as a person, that a care-giver has the sense of unity between him/her and care-receiver, and that he/she pays enough attention to the body perception during the caregiving. This result suggests that not only the motor ability (i.e., quality of body movement) of the care-giver, but also the perceptual and imagination ability (i.e., ability to realize the care receiver’s state, perception and feeling) and motor planning ability to achieve the caregiving suitable for individual care receivers determines the quality of the assistance activities. | |
